(minimum resolution: 800 x 600 - best resolution: 1024 x 768)
In order to overcome extreme contrasts the astrophotographer sometimes uses isophotes or false colour composites to show all details at one piture. I tried to do something similar here. Note the detailed prominences at the upper left and the match betwen the activity of the inner (greenish) and outer (white) coronal rays.
